      Pros

      Great company to work for with competitive compensation and benefits (401k, medical, dental, vision). I have worked here for 10+ years and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. The owner really cares about the employees, and the company provides training and the tools to help the employees succeed in their role. There is a relaxed business-casual work environment, and all of the other employees are friendly and easy to work with.

      There are not many Cons about working at Omnitron. People who work here tend to stay.

      Pros

      I have received full training and support, I like working for a company where customers know who we are and like our products. Most have had a great experience with Omnitron-Systems. We are a company that focuses on the customer and extends their services to meet needs of the customer. I have worked in Corporate America for most of my career where profit is first, customer service last. I like the feel of this company and see opportunity and growth for the company, which is a reflection of company teamwork and support.

      Still working on website optimization and presence, streamlining the search methods for our customers. This is an ongoing project in the works, we invite anyone in need of Fiber Media Converters to visit our website. www.omnitron-systems.com
