Pros
- Work life balance is ideal, If you give in to peer pressure to work OT then you will lose this balance and then this will become your new norm. - No business competitors - The medical devices are sound and provide a real solution to a real problem.
Cons
-No profession growth. -No merit raise for 2 years and the stock has tanked. -Bonus is tied to the company doing well, which it hasn't -The business plan is just survive and hope Station saves the company all while shifting engineering effort over seas to cut costs - Management doesnt care about you, any feedback isnt taken seriously. The people wearing sweater vests are to busy reinventing the wheel and and parroting industry buzzwords; instead of listening to the senior engineer who cared. Everyone who cared has left or has a foot out the door. -"We want to be the Apple of Medical Devices" - Sr Engineer VP
