Definitely the Team that is in place! They all work hard but get 0 recognition for all their hard work!

Upper management will NOT let you do what you were hired for. No ONE will ever be there for a long period of time because they MICROMANAGE the hell out of everyone! I have over 22 years of experience in the field but was not allowed to do the work I was hired for. The owners act as if everyone is a “Family” yet they are not. I had to console several of the Team Members because of the way they were treated. The demeaning way of talking to people is insane. So I warn you .. DO NOT WORK THERE AS A MANAGER!
