It is inaccurate that OmniCable takes adverse action against employees who serve or who have served in the military based on their military status.
However, we acknowledge there are times when an individual’s experience or personal values may not align with OmniCable’s vision, mission, and core values. In those cases, we do unfortunately see employees exit the organization.
