Pros
Omni has matched 401k contributions for almost every year that I have been employed. Often over 50% of every dollar contributed. They have clearly documented family leave regulations that are more than fair. An ESOP company gifts company stock to all employees. Great atmosphere.
Cons
Remote branches don't receive same attention as the home branch. More mentoring and opportunities exist at HQ. Some managers are not as "on board" as they could be...blame corporate for their issues.
