      in the spa, the managers I had there were amazing. They did their job, they listened to us. we were busy

      Management is a swinging door. Most managers don't stay more than a year due to better pay elsewhere. Business is slow in Nashville now due to multiple hotels being open offering spa.

      Pros

      The culture and hospitality I have experienced so far has been nothing short of exceptional. From the Interviewing to my first day and beyond, everyone has been very helpful and inviting. I am excited to be apart of the OMNI family.

      Cons

      No cons specifically but once in my department I was hoping for a bit more structure and information as to specific duties, trainings and expectations but other than that I have had a great experience and since have more information.
