Pros
It has a very open environment. Employees are free to talk to each other in any department up to and including the CEO. Everyone is willing to listen to each other's ideas about ways to improve operations and sales. For someone early in their career, it's a great place to learn new things and solve problems.
Cons
Dwindling market share caused uncertainty about the future. Lack of clear mandates from management. Kind of a lazes-faire attitude about improvement projects with little focus on results. The company has gone through some staff changes, so there isn't a huge depth of knowledge of the products among many personnel.
