i honestly don’t think there’s a single pro to working here

the kitchen in the dining hall is absolutely disgusting. there is mold on the walls, water leaking everywhere, drains full of old food and slime. There are flies and bugs everywhere. truly appalling. the staff is another thing. most of the seasonal workers are great, but the core staff are rude, sexist, racist, etc. i did not feel safe around them and felt like i was being prejudiced against (which i was). the food also, is bad. hardly ever any protein choices and very carb heavy. it’s drowned in seed oils and lacks flavor.
