Flexible working hours, good people to work with, not to work for. Benefits are good rates.
Cons
The company was fairly good to its employees, depending on the department that you were in. I was not in the money making department, and my boss was not good at all. You are expected to do anything and everything that is handed to you, even if it has nothing to do with your job. I don't normally mind this, but when you also don't get an increase, and a bad review, it doesn't make the job enjoyable, or make you want to work at all. My manager dangled the carrot for everybody, and wanted you to do the next level position before you were paid for it. They have decent benefits, but that's about as far as it goes. It is a pyramid company that only treats its upper management well. If you are anything below that, you don't have a say, and they can do whatever they want to you and get away with it.
