It has been many years since I worked here, but my time at Omega was wonderful.

No cons, for the company itself.

Nice looking building with well kept landscaping. The company provides a job as long as you are working there. That's about it.

This company has been nothing more than a slush fund for the current owner. They have set up a culture of intimidation and have no respect for others. The fact that the current owner only has a ninth grade education should tell you all you need to know. If you want to spend the day hearing about the owner and all the toys he's bought then this place is for you. The owner never likes to be upstaged so if you are smarter than him (which will no doubt happen) you're done. Stay away!
