      Pros

      Run don’t walk away from this toxic work environment. CEO is a former finance analyst in way over his head - not respected by staff, providers or community. He lost 16 million dollars for this community hospital last year. In Jan. 2023 lost another 1.4 million in one month.

      Cons

      Turnover is high. Morale a low. Attrition of doctors is acute. Best advice - be wary, this hospital won’t be open in a few years, it’s being driven into the ground

      Awesome job and supervisor, loved working with the doctors, nurses, and other staff
