Pros

Hotel points, smart colleagues, some projects are interesting

Cons

The implementation unit has extremely poorly led, there is hardly any difference in working hours and expectations between a strategy consultant and an implementation consultant do half the pay. They pretend when you join that it’s near consulting hours… be prepared to finish at 2am. You’re better off going to like PwC or similar. HR are powerless and anyways they don’t care much about your wellbeing, you’re extremely dispensable. When it’s time to get promoted they will insert new levels to pay you less. Insane. They created the unit because they had a large long term project and wanted to be cost competitive… but they didn’t think it through. Underpaid chaos
