Pros
We have a good work-life balance and are a team. Unfortunately, the company scaled down, and there were lots of layoffs. (People still got the payment, but with little manpower, we can not continue to produce the products as we planned.)
Cons
The more I worked, the more hopeless I felt with the product we created. There were no specific plans because we were mostly denied by the boss. We wanted to develop a long-term and well-produced product for users. But before I left, it was mostly for marketing purposes only.
