Attorneys are respectful to support staff. Pay is generous. Though things get hectic around deadlines because we don't usually go to trial the atmosphere isn't stressful. You can go home at 5, and leave work at work. People generally get along. Dress is casual. It's small enough that you feel important and big enough that you have people who can cover for you. Good culture for parents.
