Awful food for staff 12.5% service charge made customers rarely tip and your share of tips was added to payslip rather than cash in hand, no way of knowing if you got what you deserved or if management was taking a cut. Very demanding customers and managers Poor staff morale Long hours and you have to be on call for one of your days off
