Pros
- Coworkers are generally great people - A lot of independence; your manager will mumble a sentence at you and you go do that or similar tasks until they actually need you to do something - Lots of available hours
Cons
- Understaffed - Hours are given incredibly unfairly. I have been receiving at least ten hours over what i told my managers my maximum was for several weeks, other employees that need as many hours as possible are barely getting 20. - Managers are uninvolved. They go back to the office and hide out there. Worse, they'll head up to the registers when there's a rush of customers and instead of ringing, they criticize employees. - Managers aren't friendly. I don't expect to be best friends with my manager, but I expect them to be cordial and attempt to create a positive working environment. - Managers are passive aggressive.
