Pros
*The employee discount is nice. *There is a path upwards in the company, however those opportunities rarely arise at any store. *The hours there are decent. Even in the slowest months of the year you can still get about 30 to 35 hours per week, though be prepared to fight tooth and nail for them.
Cons
*The rewards program and credit cards. Old Navy (much like every retail store now sadly) is acting more like a credit union rather than a clothing store. You want more hours? Get more cards. You want to go full time? Get more cards. You want be treated with common decency? Get more cards. It is insane. *The management within Old Navy is rotten to the core. There is more backstabbing and lies here than there is in the entirety of Game of Thrones. It is insane, I have NEVER worked in such a toxic environment. *As per every retail job, the customers can sometimes be a nightmare to deal with, and more often than not you are left to deal with them on your own.
