You can get a job easily

Never pays on time, even reduce the pay after sometime. Worst work culture. They just make you do questions otherwise you will be removed

You would always find a person there to help you out whatever be the situation. They are very helpful whether you are facing some technical issues in the process or academic difficulties. I was experienced and in my last company, I was on my own. In this company, the learning process about the procedures was way faster because they enjoyed helping us out. (Might be because it was a startup, but it was so)

The infrastructure wasn't suitable for the job profile. The management during the project transition was a bit difficult each time.
