      Work from home that's about it

      Who cares about your personal time we want our customers to be happy at your expense. Sales team will do basically anything to sell and guess who gets the terrible end of the deal.... the consultants who have to explain to them thats not how it works.... leadership you say one thing they gonna put a target on you and SO LONG! Gotta learn to suck up to leadership

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
