One of the best purse sales execution companies I have ever worked for. Solution selling at it finest. Reps work hard to understand key business challenges faced by prospects and have a great set of tools to help them align the Okta solutions to those needs. Everyone in sales is selling and there are multiple levels are sales management to help you closed deals. The people in the company are, for the most part, all bought in to the same mission and enjoy their jobs.
Cons
Okta's success at executing in the market require everyone to be constantly pulling on all the oars all the time. If you don't like to work hard, this might not be your place. They work hard to balance growth with investment.
