      It was a good company, but thats history now! Very Bad management. Gave 1 extra star for Benefits.

      Bad management led to more lay offs in May 2023. Managers are under qualified or dont have people management skills

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
