Ok benefits, great tech, happy customers (for the most part)
Cons
Todd made a costly mistake in 2021 by hiring an inexperienced President that ruined the entire organization which will now take years to rebuild. It is actually kind of upsetting how everyone could see this happening from miles away with the exception of Todd. Both the President and CRO are out now which was celebrated across the sales org. But the rebuild will take a while and unfortunately some positions have to be eliminated to make the sales org more productive.
