      Good brand name, but questionable with everyone leaving

      Cons

      Lack of internal promotions to AE jobs. Politics are more important than performance within sales org. New leadership does not support internal SDR to AE promotion process.

      Good company benefits - private healthcare, employee stock purchase programme Annual sales kickoff

      Cons

      All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
