Pros
Product. Thats it. Maybe weekly Company meetings. ONE manager on the East Coast recognized the need for addition in person training for CSM duties, but it was frowned upon in the other regions.
Cons
Leadership is so worried about managing up, they are forgetting those that are onboarding in this Zoom culture. They are quick to judge and at that point you are in trouble. Women do NOT support women. Executive leadership is not understanding or knowledgeable about new teams, new employees and onboarding for new members. Immediate leadership does not follow the culture values of transparency, empowerment and more. In this remote culture, there is ZERO effort getting to know a person and how they can best perform. Many new people in the last six months I know are looking for other jobs as they just don't feel supported. Again, immediate leadership ONLY cares about managing up or bottom line vs onboarding new employees to part of the team. Other team mates are NOT encouraged to help new employees unless you happen to have the JOB of "buddy". No team, no leadership trust, no fun, no creativity. Terrible experience and place to work. Management would call me at 7:30 on a Friday night with half baked ideas - during my dinner with my family. Management routinely doesn't pay attention in 1:1 meetings - checking their SLACK, or phone and more. Worst experience I have ever had as a new employee. I feel bad for their customers. Huge changes in the product have been announced but for existing customers it may take one or two years to get updated.
