You’ll always feel like you could be let go at any moment, even if you’re preforming well. They fire people much more than any company I’ve worked at before. A my way or the highway approach to management. You’ll feel isolated here and like you can’t speak or be your true self. Have to play their games, not speak up whatsoever, or risk being fired.
