      Pros

      Most rock solid product for any company I've ever worked for. My direct management has been outstanding and I have full confidence in the executive team and the direction of the company. Smartest group of folks in other departments that I've ever collaborated with. I believe Okta is going to achieve great things.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not good. The expectation is that you never stop working. Pressure to perform is enormous here.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
