Leader in IAM space with a strong vision for the future and industry leading technology. Working to set stronger industry wide standards for Identity.

Cons

Seem to be moving toward future hires to be in an office. I'm on the phone all day and don't feel the need to be in an office to excel at my function especially when balancing the personal cost of many hours of a daily commute.

Cons

All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
