Cons
The entire CS leadership team from VP to managers. Leadership claims to champion a “high-performance” culture. In practice, it’s closer to a shark tank: the loudest voices rise, and backstabbing is rewarded. Nowhere is this more obvious than on the enterprise side, where promotions visibly change people. CS is heading in the wrong direction, and everyone dreads the annual February hunger games. Get out while you still can.
