Pros
Okendo is a breath of fresh air. Engineers and team leads are given the autonomy and trust to do the work they have been hired to do with the support they need. I love the ability to have remote work and an engineering culture directed by a CTO co-founder and another lead architect who are very hands-on and understand what solid engineering principals are. Pods are able to architect and solve complex problems with little overhead and the trust to execute. Any technical issues and guidance are supplied in a "no ego" way with a solid learning culture. The organization operates in a very flat manner. This means communication and access to the people you need to make decisions is right there including the co-founders. You have visibility over our overall product roadmap, goals and strategy and transparency across all areas of the organization, which in-turn makes you feel and see the impact of the work you're doing in both the short and longer term.
Cons
Some would say a con is that it is fast-paced, but I really enjoy it because no two sprints are the same and the variety of the work keeps skills current and the work really interesting.
