Pros
Excellent place to learn, and develop strong working relationships with people in multiple cities. I learned more here in one year that I ever could have imagined. Very flexible work hours, and freedom given to employees. Great people to work with. Amazing pay.
Cons
Leadership tends to hide objectives and long-term plans from the employees, providing a false sense of security and trust. The Rochester office was fully-functioning, and then was starved out of business. Sales and projects that were won by the Rochester office were taken away and given to NYC and Denver. Inevitably, upper management cut off all business from Rochester, and then laid all but a handful of people off. Only 3 still remain, so the office will most likely close by the end of the year. It's hard to trust your CEO after something so blindsiding.
