WFH arrangement is amazing. Only needs to go to the office 2 days a week. The company will cover some of your WFH expenses (eg. larger computer desk, monitor, mouse, keyboard). Salary will be reviewed in every February.
Cons
Year-end bonus isn't guaranteed. Even you are entitled to have it this year, the maximum amount is fixed at a certain percentage of your annual salary.
