Pros
Family-friendly, very kind lawyers and staff. Everyone works well together and endeavors to make new employees feel welcome. We all pull together to meet deadlines and deal with any crises that arise. It's a family atmosphere, friendly and laid-back, so long as the work is getting done in a high quality, professional manner. The partners are great people and truly care about their employees.
Cons
You'll have to pay for your own parking, unfortunately. Downtown can be an expensive place to work. (Take the bus, if you can!)
