The office environment is welcoming and hybrid work schedules are very common. Everyone is friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand if you need something. The attorneys who have been there a long-time are approachable, down to earth, and love to share their wisdom and advice. The newer attorneys are motivated and well-rounded, creating a really diverse work environment. There is a great entrepreneurial spirit, which encourages collaboration and teamwork. I have made lifelong friends here. I continue to stay at Offit because of the amazing people I get to work with, who are more like family members than coworkers.

There is not enough space in the downtown Washington DC Office. However, the Bethesda Office is beautiful and conveniently located, as is the Tysons Office.
