      Pros

      This is one of the better companies that I have worked for. They are fairly new and still working out bugs. I would recommend them to a driver anytime.

      Cons

      They need to slow it down a gear or two and let things work for them. They are trying to change two many things at once.

      Pros

      The pay is excellent. Great benefits. They get you home and they keep you moving. They listen to the drivers. A++ rating! Highly recommended.

      Cons

      I have been OTR for 25yrs and Offspec Solutions is the first company where I have zero issues. They are excellent.

      Pros

      I am so excited to be a part of this team! Our employees simply are the best to work with! The atmosphere is fun and very enigmatic! Our employers strive to provide the best in equipment and programming to allow us to be one of the most efficient and competitive Dispatch teams out there! I am happy to come to work each day and I love my position!
