      Pros

      Amazing working environment, very people focused. Laid back attitude in the office, but high level of quality in the work that gets done. Highly skilled team. Expanding company, lots of change and progress. Very flexible with work/life balance. Strong focus on training and certs. Support from a range of experts always available. Nerf guns, beer fridge and table football. Good coffee

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy - sometimes makes it difficult to know what the "right way" to do things is. No format to the induction process yet - difficult to know where to start Toolsets need refining

      A great team of people. Great place to develop professionally. Interesting and varied work.

      Cons

      None really. Just the gov's ridiculous knee-jerk reactions to the 2019 epidemic caused oegen to lose it's way somehow which was a real shame.
