Hi! Thanks a lot for sharing your feedback and for being with us for the past few years! We're really happy to hear that you enjoy the work-life balance and the chance to collaborate with such talented teammates. We believe that great people make all the difference and it's great to know you feel the same. Regarding the Odoo framework, we totally get that it can feel limiting at times. However, it's also what gives us the flexibility and speed to build things the way we want and keep improving fast. As for compensation, we know it’s an important topic and we’re continuously reviewing how we can do better, while also keeping a strong balance with all the other perks and flexibility we offer: configurator, Odoo car, Bike plan, Charging station, extra days off, meal vouchers office lunch, gym/pool at the farm, etc. Cheers, The Odoo Team

Pros

Wonderful people, interesting product, good way to build experience at a reputable company. Working hours are not bad at all and I rarely feel overwhelmingly stressed. I am truly thankful for this chapter of my life no matter where I end up down the road.

Cons

Very poor lead quality and lead distribution is a mess. Often is very much luck based which can be discouraging and hard to feel like you're getting enough opportunities to live up to your potential. There is a lot of disconnect and chaos within leadership which is common at a quickly growing international company and it doesn't bother me that much but I see many other people really struggle with it. There isn't a ton of clear opportunity for long term career advancement within sales or other departments based out of San Francisco so there is a lot of turn over which is sad to see.
