- young management: this caused bad management decisions to be made ('music chair' management change - basically managers of different department functions get swopped across 4 departments, and it kind of implies that in their point of view, anyone could be an odoo manager regardless of their knowledge of the department) - new manager demotivates the team regardless of the current workload, raise target without ways to help the team in achieving targets (quite a common odoo practice to be honest) - lots of office internal work, the management compare us to other offices' target when they could focus fully on projects, meanwhile our team need to handle localisation, expertise, etc - unclear promotion standards, lack career path
