I am recognized for my accomplishments and given the ability to control my business unit. I collaborate with others who excel in their responsibility area (PM, executive steering, etc.) and deliver to my plan for completion. Our wins are celebrated and leaders acknowledge my contributions. My manager and colleagues do emphasize balancing work-life and have been understanding when family/medical issues take priority over the work that will continue to be there when I am available.

Like any delivery based organization, there are ebbs and flows of efforts and extraordinary effort required when trying to support clients who are behind on timelines and rushing to complete tasks before a launch date. You are also impacted by each specific client, each of which introduce a unique set of challenges and sometimes limits the best practices that can be carried from project to project.
