      Exposure to various projects which allows you to learn if you are a beginner in the IT field.

      Cons

      No real growth. Although you get to learn about IT and how things run eventually you will need to move on to get a better position.

      People are nice. Leadership is approachable and eager to help employees to grow. Benefits are great (as good as Big Four and better than many small or mid-size companies)
