HR uses a general employee agreement template which is downloaded from the internet. No respect to the employees working in the company. A company with an incompetent management. Cutting salaries of the hard working employees due to poor management issues. The top management do not know how to accept responsibility and always blame the other employees for the management's poor performance. All the properly working employees are resigning from the company because of the toxic management and toxic environment. Hard working employees cannot survive here. Toxic CEO, COO and head of engineering who has no idea about software engineering. Promises permanent positions and promotions in the interviews but even after hardworking, you will be kept in the same position for the underpaid salary because of the "poor performance"
