The workplace is not well organized as you might not find a station to sit down when you first come to start your work, you have to handle 3 chats at the same time which ruins the customer experience and is not a professional place as it should be to work at as I signed the contract for handling English chats and minor to rarely Arabic chats but what happened was totally different, they put us on the Arabic Queue which made us really frustrated about working with them and many of us left the job.
