Thank you for sharing your experience so openly, I'm genuinely sorry to hear that you’ve felt undervalued and misled during your time with us.
We understand how frustrating it can be when workload expectations change without clear communication. We are working extremely hard with our communications, and have added many things to support this over recent weeks and months - although still not perfect - we are listening to everyones view and reacting accordingly.
I take your comments about management practices and internal hiring seriously, and I can assure you that everyone that we recruit goes through a fair and consistent process to identify the best person for the role.
Your feedback about the differences in how office and field teams are treated is really interesting, I believe that our managers do a great job in ensuring you are looked after and have what you need to do a brilliant job for our amazing customers. We want every employee to feel respected, supported, and given fair opportunities for growth, regardless of their role, workplace or background.
