Pros
Excellent benefits, great co-workers at the BU level, great training programs.
Cons
Horribly inefficient upper management. A true "boy's club" in which highly qualified women are not only not promoted but also held back by "good 'ole boy" management. Honestly an embarrassment for the good male employees (which there are many but too few in mgmt positions). Many unethical and borderline illegal activities observed by middle management and also corporate (VP level) management.
