Pros
Great learning opportunities, I had very large responsibility as an intern and was able to really enhance my skills in embedded programming in the process. Pay was also competitive, and company culture was a good combination energetic without being overbearing.
Cons
Work-hours norm is definitely closer to 10-6 than 9-5 at the time, which worked great for me but not an early bird schedule.
