Pros
profit sharing before Christmas, SOME good employees to work with, if you're lucky you can get two good managers but usually only one. Yes, there is a point system and if you screw up too many times you will get fired or suspended, there is an easy solution though and its called BE ON TIME AND BE A GOOD EMPLOYEE! jeez i read some reviews on the business before i wrote this and one person said that mangers will work 5 hours and get paid as if they work 10. They are salaried and whoever wrote that is just uneducated... managers can work 60+ hours a week (no overtime pay) so stop complaining. i worked at this store for just over two years and was hired when i was only 16 years old. This place was my second family and over the two years i worked up to a front end supervisor.
Cons
only a few full time positions available, maybe 5 at most not including managers because they are salaried. Even if you are a great employee (like i was) at the end of the day you go home and who ever worked after you at the front would just destroy all my hard work on organizing and cleaning. every day i came into work it broke my heart to see all my hard work destroyed by other employees who just didn't care. at times i felt like managers were very against woman, of who they would assign jobs to. oh and there is absolutely no communication between managers! that would ALWAYS aggravate me, GER! you would hear a million different things from the managers. they all had different information it was so difficult to get a real answer.
