      The work is easy going and there is not a lot of pressure. Management isn’t too hard on you.

      Cons

      We do get paid minimum wage, unlike other retail stores, but we are compensated with a large 30% employee discount.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
