OAI senior management staff are easy to reach, helpful and place emphasis on supporting both their customers and their employees. As a large federal contractor, they will help you find another position if your contract ends. OAI continues to add Project Managers to provide to their management staff to provide additional outreach to employees through site visits, phone calls and email. Most of their senior staff spent their careers working for federal agencies (many of them at NOAA Fisheries) and will provide career mentoring if asked.
