A lot of good people in the company that make working at Occlutech sometimes pleasant and productive
Cons
Corporate management is incompetent and controlling. Concentrating too much on sales and not too much on the well-being of employees and patients. Making horrible decisions that change all the time once they realize how bad they were, but corrections are always harder. Low pay, limited training and personal growth opportunities.
