Cons
Management fostered a toxic culture where raising concerns did not feel safe. In my experience, employees who spoke up or challenged poor practice were viewed negatively rather than supported.
I was also concerned that a candidate who had previously raised whistleblowing concerns was reportedly not hired after a reference questioned their relationship with leadership. This reinforced the impression that speaking up can harm career opportunities.
Greater transparency, accountability, and a culture that encourages constructive feedback would be a significant improvement.
