      Pros

      1) Starting to get work in latest FE technologies like react. 2) Helped upskill BE developers to move into FE technologies.I do see company investing lot of time in training and upskilling. 3) Salary on time. No delays.

      Cons

      1) Project allocation should be streamlined. 2) Better appraisal system. 3) When working with US client working hours gets stretched.

      Best team I’ve ever been on. Leadership that cares and listens. Great mentors and though leaders.

      Lots of change. Exciting and scary. Future uncertain.

      Pros

      Honor's other countries important holidays.

      Cons

      The company does not honor Martin Luther King Day. It sends an email about its importance but expects the American workforce to work on the holiday, while it honors major holidays from other countries with time off.
